Memory: 0 of 0 used

You may see that your VPS's Memory is showing as "0 of 0 used".

99% of the time, this means that you are maxing out your ram allocation.

Options:

1. You can try to SSH into your server (or use the "serial console" located in the server management control panel if that fails) and kill off some processes.

2. Shutdown and reboot your VPS from the control panel. This should (at least temporarily) reduce your servers ram usage allowing you to get in and make changes.

3. If you find that you just need more ram for your server then contact us and we can upgrade you to a higher ram plan.

Anything else, open up a ticket with Tech Support and we can take a look.
