Invoice not marked as paid

Have you paid an invoice but it still shows as Unpaid in your client area? (It may take a little time)

If this happens open up a ticket with Billing, and provide the following:

1. Your PayPal email.

2. The PayPal Unique Transaction ID.

With this information, we will be able to look up your payment transaction and mark your invoice as paid.
