Do you offer an SLA?

We do not and here's why: Almost all hosting SLA agreements are a joke. Ever read the fine print? They promise you 99.9% uptime but they have provisions for scheduled maintence, network outages, software trouble, and hardware failures. By the time everything is excluded what good is the SLA anymore?

At SecuredSpeed here is our approach: We will always do our best to get your servers running and to keep them running as smoothly as possible. If a problem occurs, we will use every resource at our disposable to resolve it ASAP.
