Do you do refunds?

No, as this is a prepaid service (like a prepaid phone).

You pay for your term ahead of time (example 1 month) and you get the server for that period. Once your period starts we can not refund the payment.

If you have any questions you can contact us before you place your order. We will be happy to assist you.

Note: account credit or bitcoin payments can not be turned back into cash or be refunded at any time.
